888 North Douglas, once a historic aerospace manufacturing site, has been transformed into LA’s leading creative hub. Located on a 30-acre site less than a mile south of LAX, historic buildings from the 1930s that originally supported aerospace manufacturing have been carefully adapted for today’s modern workforce. In collaboration with Altitude Design Office, Chad created a cohesive branding system, architectural signage, and wayfinding that unify the entire campus and its four buildings, helping tenants, employees, and visitors navigate the space—including two acres of park-like open areas.
